Welcome to Orbt! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Orbt mobile application (the "App") and the Orbt website (the "Website"), collectively referred to as the "Service," which is owned and operated by Remedy Apps LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration and Use

a. Eligibility: To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

b. Account Creation: You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Service. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

b. Payment and Pricing: Subscription fees are subject to change at the Company's discretion. You will be charged the current price at the time of your recurring payment. All payments are non-refundable, except as determined by the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store's refund policies.

c. Disclaimer: Orbt provides itinerary generation and travel planning services for informational purposes only. While we strive to offer accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the itineraries and travel recommendations provided.

d. Travel involves inherent risks, and users are solely responsible for their own safety and well-being when following the suggested itineraries or engaging in any activities mentioned in our app or website. Orbt shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to accidents, health issues, delays, or any other travel-related issues.

e. It is essential to conduct thorough research, exercise caution, and make informed decisions when planning and undertaking travel. Users are advised to consult official travel advisories, review local laws and regulations, and take necessary precautions based on their individual circumstances. Orbt disclaims all liability for any actions taken or decisions made based on the information provided through our services.

a. Advertising: We may use basic user data, such as demographic information, for advertising purposes through services like Google Ads and Apple Search Ads. This data may be used to deliver targeted advertisements within the Service or on other platforms. However, we will never sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

b. Third-Party Programs and APIs: To provide you with enhanced functionality, we use third-party programs and APIs, including but not limited to Yelp, Google, and Apple.
